The purpose of the project is to provide an analysis of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) implementation in distribution and logistics and its effect on productivity of a process.

The objective of this project is to develop a method for matching workers to tasks based on skills/requirements profile, develop heuristic to determine which workers should be trained in which skills to minimize the overall training cost, and develop customer solution software

This project creates an IE competition amongst Junior High and High School students to stimualte the interest in the subject.
