This research analysizes ordering policies and inventory of a process to determine if there needs to be a change in the ordering procedures.

This prject designs a user friendly Storage Load Building Tool to be used to configure the storage for a desired set of pallets

This project used a checklist to identify personnel activity (receiving, picking, shipping), equipment activity (AGV and robotic stackers), and inventory freshness (age and value) for automated storage.
