This project addresses transportation problems with the development of a Decision Support Tool (in Microsoft Excel® using Visual Basic for Applications® (VBA)) that allows the user to analyze different scenarios of this process.
This project has the objective of identifying productivity improvement opportunities in the products for transport/shipping to final assembly, and eliminating heavy lifting for humans and possible bodily injury
The purpose of this report is to provide an external and overall analysis over a process including a listing of critique of various possible solutions to the process problem.
