Summary:

Use of the fielded program identified the need to research and develop new enhancements to the application that will allow better and more efficient access to data and analysis of the data. As the project has been through several iterations under different developers, there is a need to update the existing scripts to improve the user interface and make the application more manageable while making use of more current scripting methods.

The current supplemental proposal, Phase IV Supplemental, plans to extend the features and methods used in the existing MLAT system to include several new enhancements as well as updates to the existing application.
