Summary:

The objective of this prject is to develop a model to plan workforce requirement by skill type, develop a repair plan for each demand scenario by part, develop a software tool to plan workforce and repair concurrently, and analyze Labor utilization over time
This project, led by Drs. Ricki Ingalls will create a labor planning model for Crane NWSC that takes into account volatile demand profiles.
