This project used a checklist to identify personnel activity (receiving, picking, shipping), equipment activity (AGV and robotic stackers), and inventory freshness (age and value) for automated storage.
This project's objective is to improve Item File Accuracy and the ability to make decisions based on these files, as well as having a process that is user friendly in reviewing the data.
