Summary:

This project implements a Bin Location Systems at Wal-Mart that allows for better inventory control and management, increases visibility of inventory from backdoor to sales floor, allows a more accurate Perpetual Inventory, and allows less time spent with on-hand changes
Wal-Mart deals with a very large number of SKUs. A bin locating system will provide better inventory management.
This project was successful in providing effort and support during the development and implementation of the bin locating system. One improvement would be to allow the student to have computer access at the Home Office. This would improve the efforts of the student which would directly benefit the amount of
