Summary:

A web-based dashboard tool for SPAWAR Services/Projects that enables Project Managers to check for and measure the status of Control projects for sustained improvements, and offers a standardized DMAIC method of training for Green Belts.
The proposed dashboard tool is a web-based dashboard that offers a way for Project Managers to check the status of Control projects for sustained improvements as well as a standardized DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) method for Green Belts.
To resolve the problems within the Six Sigma programs, this tool can keep track of multiple events and their status, automatically notify issues that need to be addressed, and quickly and easily show which events yielded the most success and what types of tools were most effective for different types of projects specific to their company.
Utilized for manufacturing situations and/or service setting institutions, using the dashboard tool is a great way to quickly and easily assign personnel to events, check the status and time schedule of pending events, and observe completed events to ensure there is a sustained improvement.
* The dashboard tool is a great way to quickly and easily assign personnel to events, check The status and time schedule of pending events, and observe completed events to ensure there is a sustained improvement. * Newly trained users can use The tool to help guide through The DMAIC process and avoid wasting time on inappropriate tools for a given project. * Experienced Green Belt employee can ensure that their events are maintaining a sustained improvement, and quickly and easily check The status and schedule of events.
