Summary:

This project’s objective is to identify logistics improvements (in the form of aircraft maintenance and material procurement) for MRO facilities, and increase the bin fill rate across all bins
The core business of Lockheed Martin Aircraft and Logistics Centers (ALC) relates to maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of military aircraft. Business success is dependent on constantly assessing and improving a myriad of interrelated entities, and this proposal is targeted at two of them – the Logistics Business Model and MRO Program Management. Since there appears to be common processes that support both of the Logistics Business Model and MRO Program Management.
