The objective of this project is todevelop a customizable installation logistics and training tool for Cook Technologies to achieve rapid national and international expansion.
Cook Technologies manufactures personal mobility systems requiring custom installation by certified auto dealers for a wide combination of vehicles and powered wheelchairs. The key constraint in the logistics system for taking the ATRS product to market is the customized installation system step.
This model enabled Cook Technologies to rapidly expand market coverage.
ATRS now comes with a customer specific training and logistics support that provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
The new model incorporates accountability and documentation features that will reduce risk of failure and Cook Technologies liability.
Cook Technologies can now remotely customize the document for respective vehicle and wheelchair model.
Document is also embedded into the electronics of ATRS package.
